Wednesday Night Group Runs:
The Nolensville Running Club meets every Wednesday evening at 6:15 at the Nolensville Town Hall located at 7218 Nolensville Rd. Nolensville, TN 37135. We have four 4 mile routes that we run over the course of a month. These routes and the rotation can be found below or also on the “Routes” tab of the website. Runners and walkers of all skill levels are welcome! We have pace groups that range from 7:00 minute miles up to 11:00 to choose from. We also have an interval and walker group!
After each Wednesday run , we get together to eat, drink, and talk about…what else…running!!! Our post run meal on Wednesday’s typically varies from week to week, moving around from place to place in Nolensville. We will announce where we will go during the pre-run announcements!

Saturday Group Runs:
NRC also has groups that meet on Saturday mornings from Mama’s Java located at 305 Sheldon Valley Drive in Nolensville (behind the Dollar General).
Start times, routes and distance of the various pace groups do vary on the weekend depending on the season and training schedules of our runners. However typically if you arrive anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. you are sure to meet up with someone! To see specific plans, visit our Facebook Page (Nolensville Running Club) each Friday. Look for a post with a quote from Steve Kraft! Our runners will be commenting throughout the day with details of their plans. Once again, runners of all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to come out and join us!! After your Saturday run, join us at Mama’s Java for post run breakfast!
