This Saturday, June 18th, the Nolensville Running Club will participate in the Change for a Chance 5k.  This race takes place in our own backyard of Nolensville at 7:30am.  If you have not signed up yet, it is not too late.  Simply go to www.changeforachance.com for information on how to register.  This will replace our regularly scheduled Saturday morning run but I am sure that we will keep with tradition and grab a bite to eat afterwards at Mama’s Java!!

Just a reminder that we will be meeting at 8:00 at Martins tomorrow morning for a 3-5 mile run followed by a trip to Mamas Java. Several of us are meeting at 6:45 to run seven miles before we meet with the 8am group. The “early” group will be running a 9 to 9 1/2 minute pace so feel free to come out and get in a few extra miles before we join the 8am gang!! Once again, we have walkers and runners who run at a variety of paces so come on out and join us for a morning of exercise, fun, and food!!
