Saturday Running Plans September 14

We have plenty of plans for everyone to choose from this week!  Pick your start time, distance, and pace.  All groups below will start their runs from Mama’s Java.  Keep in mind that most groups with the longer distances typically circle back to Mama’s Java mid run so if you are looking for less miles, that is certainly doable!

5:30 am – 10-15 miles; 11:00 min pace

6:30 am – 9 miles; 12:50 pace

6:30 am – 8 miles; 11/11:30 pace

7:00 am – 11 miles 10:30/11:00 pace

7:00 am – 3:1 intervals for 5 miles

7:00 am – 13-15 miles; 9 min pace

7:15 am – 2:1 intervals for 3 miles
