Good Morning NRC!!  Hope to see everyone tonight for our regular weekly run together.  If you have not joined us before, come on out!  Meet us at 6:15 at Martin’s Barb B Que.  We always have pace groups with leaders for 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 minute miles. We typically run anywhere between 3 and 6 miles for distance. Tonight we will be running for hush puppies as we are headed to Uncle Bud’s after the run!
